This small mod removes the practice AI from the three mages on the tower in Solitude. 
br I got tired of hearing the constant fireball sounds echoing across the entire city, so I simply deleted their practice schedules. The NPCs themselves are still present and going about their daily lives, they just won t be practicing on the tower and blasting spells against the targets anymore.
