What does this mod do?
br The amazing Sil Gahrot by Delta is a mod which allows shout learning via slaying Dragons, resulting in less guild quest locked shouts and so on. However, there are still conditions like Whirlwind Sprint and Fire Breath not being in the list of shouts obtainable through soul absorption. This mod simply adds them back, and also renders it so that Dragons that are in their lairs, result in shouts being learned.
