br I ve always imagined that my Skyrim character would live as a squatter in the abandoned Alchemist s Shack until she can afford her own place. Well, now I ve made it so she actually can!

br I ve added a good amount of storage space owned by the Player, no respawn and decor to make the space more habitable. The bed unfortunately will NOT give a well rested bonus because this requires changing the cell s ownership LOC type which I found… broke the game. l
