For the last one hundred years, the Thalmor have assigned Celcia to get rid of Talos Worshippers throughout the land. On her last mission however, she began to hear rumours about the Dragonborn, One who is able to slay dragons, and this changed everything. For years she had dreamed about the one who would be with her. Who would save her. It was the one who could slay the dragons. Leaving the Thalmor immediately, she began her search for the Dragonborn. Finding nothing for many moons, her despair grew, and finally proved to much. Celcia demanded the aid of Whiterun in her quest, and when rebuffed, threatened to burn down a local farm. The guards quickly arrested her and took her into Dragonsreach Dungeon for interrogation. Dragonborn, you heard rumours of this wild elf seeking you. Do you go to save her?
