She will appears after The Dark Brotherhood Forever start (which mean you need to complete the Dark Brotherhood questline with the DB router.) INSIDE the Nightmother coffin.
If you already done the DB questline (The DB Forever quest already start), you can use console command “setstage DBrecurring 5″ to enable her.
All the contract can be received and report directly to her instead of the old way.
The mod is standalone on it own. You don’t need to download the original.
